Notes to the rental rates
Minimum stay 5 nights
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Booking deposit is none refundable. A £300 security payment/breakage bond is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 24 hours of departure providing no damage has occurred. Payment can be made in either Pounds Sterling, into a UK bank account, or Euros, into a Portuguese bank account.
Changeover day
This can be flexible. Where bookings coincide for the same day we request that outgoing guests depart by 10.00 hours and incoming guests arrive no earlier than 15.00 hours.
